Yabu: House of Katsu - deep fried food at its best

This is our second visit to Yabu in SM Megamall (Atrium second floor). On our first visit, I had their Chicken Curry. But last night I decided to get their Chicken Katsudon because I was craving for something sweet and salty. It was perfect.

The veggie salad on the upper right corner of the picture below is refilled whenever you request for it (there's also a guy roaming around the restaurant, checking if you'd like more of it). They have two salad dressing options. I prefer the lighter colored one... I have no idea what it is or what's in it...
The best [Chicken] Katsudon I've ever had.
The fruits were also surprisingly sweet. I thought I'd get mediocre fruits since they're just free side dishes.

Sorry for blurry pic, I couldn't see what I was shooting (and I didn't have any snack so I was really, really hungry at that time; good thing the service was quick). This is Rosu - local pork. It was very good and tender. If you're there for a solid food trip, get the imported pork. You'd go to heaven on the spot.

The blob of fried thing on the left side is a Jumbo Oyster. It's all Oyster.  A lot of restaurants would cheat you by covering the meat with more batter than necessary but they don't do that in Yabu. The dish on the right hold crushed sesame seeds for the Rosu.

The tall container with light colored stuff on the left is the salad dressing that I was talking about. The left most container holds sweet, thick sauce that you mix with the sesame seeds. You can add some salt in your sauce (it's in the cute, pig looking container on the right).
I'm not a fan of deep fried food. But if I'm going to get dirty, I'd definitely go back here.
