Chocolate Fire: go straight for dessert

Dinner for two at Chocolate Fire cost us Php1300++

We got:

  1. Spaghetti Bolognese
    • Same quality you'll get from The Old Spaghetti House
  2. Chicken Caesar Salad
    • Fresh salad, tasty chicken (recommended for salad lovers!)
  3. A dark chocolate drink topped with vanilla ice cream
    • The best item on this list
  4. A slice of chocolate ganache cake
    • The topping and the filling is good, but I prefer the cake bread dense
  5. Less than a 100grams of different flavored chocolate barks
    • They have a healthy set of choices. I just don't understand why the orange slices dipped in chocolate cost so much! I really wanted to try it... maybe I'll be more adventurous and extravagant next time...

This is my Chicken Salad with Caesar dressing. I would have been really really happy with it if it didn't cost almost Php400. It's simple and fresh - exactly how I wanted my salad that night.

This is our chocolate ganache cake. We shared it. Their cakes have the same price-range as Starbucks desserts. That seems reasonable enough. But Starbucks' chocolate cakes are dense.

It's a nice place to visit once in a while. But maybe we'll eat our meals somewhere else next time and have our dessert in Chocolate Fire.
