So I've always wanted to draw them on something... anything! But I never had the time, I didn't know what to draw them on, blah blah blah. And finally, I just did it!
FYI these are Patapon's:
They're characters in a game called Patapon (duh) and they always chant something like "pata-pata-patapon-patapon". They're soooooo cute!
I drew a different set on each side so it looks really "home-made". This is the first time I did something like this. I'm not counting the time when I wrote my [newly learned] full name on all existing tables in our house... Too bad they painted over those.
Materials I used:
- Internet to get the Patapon banner above. I need a copy.
- Pencil for a rough draft especially of the sizes of the Patapon.
- Permanent marker.
- Loafers.
The loafers are new, cost me Php280.00 (around USD5.00). They have a Chinese brand stamped inside but I can't read it. The soles are jelly-like so I hope they're comfy. I have not worn these pair yet. I bought them and then decided to draw on them because I had the time. And because I originally wanted the floral loafers (same cheap stuff) that my office made has but I couldn't find them -- they only had solid colors and they only had white for my size.
The drawing will probably get all smudged if my shoes get wet. So I'll only wear them indoors. I can easily make a new pair - and maybe I'll use a laundry marker next time.
