My first impression of Cibo is that of an overpriced restaurant that serves food I can get cheaper elsewhere. And of course, I did try to find cheaper alternatives that would serve me the same taste... I admitted defeat and embraced Cibo wholeheartedly after craving for their Mushroom Dip and Rigatone All 'Alfonso.
On lazy days, the Panini Mozzarella keeps the conversations light.
When I'm craving for something but can't figure out what, I go for the Gamberetti -- it's not everyday I get shrimp and alfalfa in my sandwich.
Lately I've been getting the Lombatine Di Maiale. It's Roast pork chop, awesome rice, and a small serving of grilled, sweet vegetables. Unfortunately I eat only a quarter to a third of the rice serving because that's all my calorie allowance would allow. Especially since we usually go there for dinner when I restrict carb intake further.
